Important Booking Information

All appointments are to be booked online, it is the quickest way to schedule your appointment. It is highly recommended that you read the important information listed here BEFORE booking. After you have read the information, scroll to the bottom to schedule your appointment.

Policy Changes Effective 1/1/24:

$25 Sitting Fee Required for Skincare, Laser Hair Removal, Electrolysis, & Botox Services. See details on cancellation policy when booking.

  1. A credit/debit card is required to book your appointment, even if you have pre-paid or won a service. Cards are only held on file for enforcement of the cancellation policy. You will not be charged until the completion of your service.

  2. Tips are appreciated but NEVER required; you may tip your specialist with cash or other electronic payment methods.

  3. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment can result in 50% of the service being charged & sitting fee forfeited. If appointment is rebooked within 24 hours of appointment a $25 rebooking fee will be charged for each service booked. If the charge declines you will be banned from booking until the fee is collected.

  4. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment you will need to reschedule and will be accessed the cancellation fee which is 50% of the scheduled service.

  5. The available appointments days are the only times we are available, if you need a different day from what is available please contact us.

  6. If you reschedule the same appointment more than two times, it will not be approved until you contact us.

  7. Glowmour Beauty Medispa is located in the Careplus Plaza on the second floor in Suite 6. An elevator is available; If door is locked please call 813-693-2328.

  8. Most treatments require more than one appointment, please commit to your care before booking with us. Results are our goal but they do not happen overnight.

  9. If you loved your service leave us a review on Google, Yelp, Meevo, or Facebook. If you have an issue with your service please reach out to us so that we can resolve it as soon as possible.

  10. Complete consultation paperwork prior to arrival. Paperwork is sent via email & text after booking with us.

  11. Our treatment rooms are small Any extra guest my be asked to remain in the lobby, unless you have received prior approval from Kim.

  12. All Sales are FINAL on retail products or items. No returns or refunds on opened/used items.

  13. The allotted time for appointments is only a estimate, your appointment could be longer or shorter depending on the treatment.

  14. Tell a friend, received $10 off for each person your refer. Referral discount available after completion of referred clients appointment. Client must list you on their intake form or during appointment.
